Gary Skolnick

Gary Skolnick is a long time record collector. An expert on the Punk era Gary spent his formative years hanging out at the record stores in Greenwich Village while attending concerts and shows at places like Max’s Kansas City and CBGB’s. He managed record stores to get his fill of record flipping on a daily basis. Noted for his extensive collection of rare records Gary says “I just can’t bring myself to sell, I just love to buy”

Since Feb of 2019 Gary and brother Jay are the Publishers of SFL Music Magazine.

Sean McCloskey

Sean has been a magazine publisher and chief photographer since the creation of Exposure Magazine in 1999; RAG Magazine from 2000 – 2009; and SFL Music Magazine since 2010-2019. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of SFL Music and publisher of No. 4 Magazine.

I am proud to say that I earned my Masters in Journalism. My thesis project All You Need Is Love to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb was published and is for sale in stores. In the last 16 years, I have covered the best of the best, ranging from Sir Paul McCartney, Roger Waters and Robert Plant to U2, Jane’s Addiction and Beastie Boys. Needless to say, I love my job.
