The Triumph show in Tampa at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheater on May 24th, The Rock & Roll Machine Reloaded, was so amazing it was like taking a trip back in time to revisit and relive those fond memories of years ago.

This dynamic double bill featured Triumph and April Wine who opened the evening with hits like “I Like to Rock” to “Just Between You and Me” to “Sign of the Gypsy Queen”. Lead Vocalist Marc Parent, Lead Guitarist (and longest member) Brian Greenway, Bassist Richard Lanthier and Drummer Roy Nichol really enticed the audience with their incredible talents and got them hyped up for Triumph to follow.

When Triumph did take the stage, their motto of ‘go big or go home’ truly came to life!
As the band utilized their incredible stage set, they displayed how their talents never cease, and in the case of Guitarist/Vocalist Rik Emmett and Drummer/Vocalist Gil Moore, they brought back a flood of memories from prior Florida shows like the Lakeland Civic Center concerts of the 80s. Guitarist Phil X, Bassist Todd Kerns, and Drummer Brent Fitz only added to the greatness and rounded out Triumph's extraordinary talents. They played every hit fans wanted to hear such as “Magic Power”, “Lay It On The Line” and “Fight the Good Fight”, and blew the audience away with every instrumental solo! All in all, it was a memorable evening that will last another 50 years!
